We’ve been following the career of the Supreme Court’s newest justice, Goodwin Liu, with particular interest.  In May, we noted that he authored his first majority opinion for the Court.   This article summarizes Justice Liu’s most recent opinions, all of them unanimous.  As the article notes, the opinions concern “wide ranging issues of California law, including arbitration, preemption, work product and environmental regulations.”
