Bar discipline, property taxation opinions filing tomorrow

The Supreme Court will issue two opinions tomorrow morning.

In an attorney discipline case — In re Grant — that was argued in December, the court will address this issue:  Did the felony conviction for possession of child pornography suffered by the member of the State Bar in this case involve moral turpitude warranting the member’s disbarment rather than lesser discipline?

In Holland v. Assessment Appeals Board No. 1, argued in November, the court will decide, under Revenue and Taxation Code section 62.1, what is the proper method for determining the assessed value of the real property interest in a mobilehome park after a transfer of a membership interest in the nonprofit corporation that owns the park?

Both opinions can be viewed online tomorrow beginning at 10:00 a.m.
