The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on its late-May calendar today and tomorrow. As with the early-May calendar, only Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye and Justice Carol Corrigan are in the courtroom, both wearing masks. The arguments are being live streamed.
Because this is an oral argument week, the court will not be holding a conference this week.
