Blaise Scemama reports in the Daily Journal. Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye is quoted as saying that the president’s “threat of mass arrests of undocumented immigrants could have a profound effect on access to justice in our state.” It is an issue of long-standing concern to the Chief Justice.
