On Monday morning, the Supreme Court will file its opinion in Dr. Leevil, LLC v. Westlake Health Care Center, which was argued on the October calendar.  (Briefs here; oral argument video here.)

Dr. Leevil will decide whether Code of Civil Procedure section 1161a requires a purchaser of real property at a foreclosure sale to perfect title before serving a three-day notice to quit on the occupant of the property.  Fifth District Court of Appeal Justice Rosendo Peña, Jr., is the pro tem.
