Former Justice Ming Chin is starting a new career as a mediator and arbitrator with ADR Services, Jessica Mach reports in the Daily Journal. Justice Chin left the Supreme Court at the end of last August, but announced his retirement seven months before that.
The article also relates that Chin has been busy since retiring from the bench, updating the Rutter Group employment litigation practice guide, teaching at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy, and organizing educational programs on employment law and genetic engineering. Thirteen consecutive golfing days was “too much,” Chin is quoted as saying.
