The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on its September calendar today. There are pro tem justices sitting on the four cases because yesterday was Justice Ming Chin’s last day on the court.
As usual, the arguments are being live streamed.
This is an oral argument week, so the court will not be holding a conference this week.
