Tomorrow morning, the Supreme Court will file its opinion in People v. Adelmann.  (Briefs here; oral argument video here.)  This will be the first decision in a case argued on the large March calendar.

Adelmann raises the question, if a case is transferred from one county to another for purposes of probation (Pen. Code, § 1203.9), must a Proposition 47 petition to recall sentence be filed in the court that entered the judgment of conviction or in the superior court of the receiving county?  (Third District Court of Appeal Justice Elena Duarte is the pro tem.)

The opinion can be viewed tomorrow starting at 10:00 a.m.
