The Supreme Court justices have returned to the courtroom for in-person oral arguments. Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye said it’s the first time “in approximately two years and seven months.” (See here.) Seating in the audience is sparse, by design.

Actually, for two justices, it’s not a “return.” Justices Martin Jenkins and Patricia Guerrero are hearing their first in-court Supreme Court arguments as permanent members of the court.

The November calendar arguments are being live streamed.
