The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on its January calendar today, starting with the high-profile bail case, In re Humphrey. Today marks the (virtual) courtroom debut of Justice Martin Jenkins as a permanent member of the court.
As usual, the arguments are being live streamed.
Because of the oral arguments, the court will not be conferencing this week.
